First you should reboot to 3.10.11-200.fc19.x86_64,
thereupon

# >/var/log/dracut.log
# dracut /tmp/3.10-11-tmp.img
# cp /var/log/dracut.log /var/log/dracut.log-3.10.11-200.fc19.x86_64

# >/var/log/dracut.log
# dracut -f --kver 3.11.1-200.fc19.x86_64

# meld /var/log/dracut.log-3.10.11-200.fc19.x86_64 /var/log/dracut.log

Any significant differences?
