how to enable xorg after minimal install (f20)?

More specifically, the file
etc/X11/xorg.conf.
has not been created during the install. I need to create it manually, but
there is no man page for it, and can't find any other documentation about
it. It should be something like X- configure, but, I need some reliable
fedora instructions for it.
