Focus-follows-mouse in KDE under FC19?

Using F20, go to 'System settings' -> 'Window Behaviour' -> 'Window
Behaviour'
There is a 'Focus' slider. Click near to the 'Hover' end and you will
see the mouse focus capability change. Near the middle gives the focus
follows mouse behaviour.
