Convert windows 7 to vm using virt

Hello,

I have a desktop with Windows 7 installed (using whole HD) that I wan to convert to a vm.  Can virt-p2v do this?

Looking to do this operation by:

1) Install F20 on second hard drive (2 TB)
2) Windows 7 HD (250 GB) -> F20 has a vm 250 GB VM

Or would I have to reinstall Win7 in a VM and transfer everything over?
