Do any systemd devs actually use it on a server?

I don't find it absurd... I think it's just difficult to pin down. 

I have fedora on all my servers here at home and have never seen this
issue. ;( 

I do make sure prelink is not installed on any of my boxes, and it
sounds like that might have been a vector for some people seeing it.
