strange issues with f22

Folks,
I have seen several issues with f22 on one of my systems.

Issue #1: I tell the system to shutdown, and it doesn't. I see the
message "Powering off" on the console and then the system restarts. It
does not power off. This doesn't happen all the time, but I have seen
it happen on more than one occasion.

Issue #2: On this system I have an external USB drive. At least once a
day this drive will unmount without me requesting it. When I pull the
cable from the system and plug it back in I get a popup saying "Can't
find /run/media/pgaltieri/NEWDATA2". This is the normal mount point for
the device. The device is not listed in fstab. If I reboot the system
everything mounts as it is supposed to until the next random time the
system unmounts it :-(

Issue #3: Keyboard issues. When the system boots up the backlit
keyboard is turned on. I turn it off and the next time it boots it's
back on again. This system is attached to a KVM switch. When I enter
Ctrl-Alt-F2 on the laptop's keyboard nothing happens. If I enter
Ctrl-Alt-F1 to return to graphics mode nothing happens. However,
Ctrl-Alt-F4 does put me at a virtual console, but I can't get back to
graphics mode. If I enter Ctrl-Alt-F2 on the external keyboard I get to
the virtual console and Ctrl-Alt-F1 returns me to graphics mode.

The system is a Dell Inspiron 15 7537.
