Since I don't use gparted, I'll leave it to you to do more debugging and
potentially file a BZ.
The problem is selinux related.
root at meimei ~]# gparted
Failed to execute operation: Access denied

libparted : 3.2
======================
Failed to execute operation: Access denied
[root at meimei ~]# setenforce 0
[root at meimei ~]# gparted
======================
libparted : 3.2
======================

In reality, some people should stick to running Windows and others
should stay away from computers altogether.
