Is there some description around that explains how the /proc/sys/kernel/exec-shield flag is formatted?<br>

In my case with Teamspeak, setting it to 0, 1 and 9 makes Teamspeak work.<br>
Setting it to 3 or 11 makes it not run and it coughs up the error outlined here:<br>

So if this is a bitmask, the second bit is the troublesome one in my case. What is still enabled when 9 is used?<br>
