Redshift is simply a background service which adjusts the warmth of your screen color depending on the time of day. As the hours drag away into the night, they will move deeper and deeper into a warm, reddish shade (hard to describe, try it out), which is very easy on your eyes. I find it much more comfortable to work with it.<br>
