stored as gsettings.
gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.shell.extensions.weather
I changed the city to 'Bangalore' using:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.weather city Bangalore

There is an easier way, just go to the update testings and you
will find the update that corrects the problem. I had the same
