Sigh. Slow down, please. Read the replies more slowly, more carefully.
The solution has been pointed out before. An explanation has been given, too.
I had assumed you've understood the previous replies.
Let me try to explain once more:

> [angelo_dev@zorro Downloads]$ sudo yum install

Repeating this command makes no sense, if you already have learned that
the strictly needed _dependency_ "dconf" of exactly the same version is
missing. Yum searches for it in all enabled repositories, but since this
is a package downloaded from somewhere else, the needed "dconf" is not
available. Look:

> --> Processing Dependency: dconf = 0.15.0-4mgc30 for package:
> dconf-editor-0.15.0-4mgc30.x86_64

Above it noticed the dependency, but:

> (/dconf-editor-0.15.0-4mgc30.x86_64)
> Requires: dconf = 0.15.0-4mgc30

Only the newer one (which you ought to use anyway!) from Fedora 20 is
installed:

> Installed: dconf-0.18.0-2.fc20.x86_64

Version 0.18.0 is higher (newer) than 0.15.0.

> End.. if I still try to install dconf-editor-0.15.0-4mgc30.x86_64.rpm

Why? Only to test whether the old one doesn't work either?

> I (always) continue to have this output..

Of course! You would need to download also the required "dconf" package,
not just "dconf-editor" -- and then _downgrade_ the installed dconf
package (especially if it cannot be erased/removed because it's needed
in dependencies). There are multiple options how to do it (some easier,
some more complex). I cannot tell which one you'd like to try.
