Thanks for the report Ian.

The underlying issue is that rawhide libvirt libxl driver now only builds with
xen >= 4.2, which is not available in F17, so the driver wasn't built.

I think the fix is that if a libvirt package doesn't build some sub-driver it
also needs to Obsolete: it, so upgrades like this continue to work. I'll
propose that change.
