IMO, it doesn't hurt to send a request here (or ping us on IRC).  Then
if no one picks it up quickly, file a ticket.

I've added the bodhost.com sponsor stuff for fp.o already.  I think
they just need an entry in puppet now so they'll show up in the
sidebar sponsor listing.  :)
