I think a top-bottom layout is better than side-by-side, because I think
if someone is going to be verifying a download, they have most likely
*just* downloaded it, and I believe they are more likely to want to
download the newest release than an older one. So if you place Fedora 13
on top I am guessing 90%+ of folks going to the page won't even need to
scroll down to F12. I think F13 is more important here so the prominence
physically on the page is warranted.
