Website redesign fixes

i found a few problems:
in the features page, the link to About Fedora is broken.
in the Using Fedora page, the string "Tutorials, tips & tricks to make
your Fedora experience awesome!" is not in the POT file, so i can't
translate it.

also, please don't forget to add RTL support!
