In fact I've read the "join" page, but Shaiton gave me more detailled instructions.
I'm going to start this evening, maybe we could think about opening a ticket to improve the "webpage-join" page?
Could be an easyfix item... :)

Realistically that's not a 'start page'. That page is there to
instruct folks on how to submit fixes to the fp.o website.
The better start page should be this one [1]. Although looking at it,
it should be updated a bit.
