WIKI Spam

Hi,

A user 'Gregbanks' is adding links to car insurance website to the Fedoraprojectwiki, p.e. 
at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Archive:FUDCon:Milan_2011. As his own user info points at 
info at acheapcarinsurance.net, it it very likely that he tries to use our wiki to increase 
the ranking of his websites at p.e. Google searches.
Can you block his account or do something else to prevent this ?
