Problem with site access

I would like tell you I have an access problem with next url:

http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/

I want to use this with Yum, but this has too big answer time and the
Yum says the follow:

Setting up Install Process
No package http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
available.
