Hi Kevin, I'm just helping out with some of the labor, so I don't know
where a wiki page is located, but I believe Robert has discussed the
plan several times here on the list. I think he also sent a note to
the l10n list as well. Some design tuning is still happening but the
overall design is solid and working well; you may be able to tell by
checking out the code.

It looks like there is a lot of progress with strings, and hopes to
have them ready with ~3 weeks available for translation. There are
*far* fewer strings in this website than with the previous version.

Robert, please feel free to correct or add to this!

Hi Kèvin, hi all,
you're right, it's not really clear to understand the actual state of
getfedora.org, so let me add something to Paul's reply in order to answer
your questions (which I think are the same of all other people).

We don't have a real wiki page, I wrote down some time ago a sort of draf
of what we will do and when, most of it is still valid:

No, not Release time :)
This is a point I am pushing very hard because I know L10n teams need as
much time as possible and we should give them the opportunity to translate
the new strings step by step and not all of them 3 days before Release
Date. I've sent some information to the trans-ML 10 days ago and will
probably update that information today or tomorrow, as we are ready to push
the first strings to TX.
Actually I18n and text content is our main priority, Design and Websites
will continue coding the webpages after we've sent the strings to transifex.
However, as Paul already stated, strings are much less than on the actual
fp.o website, so it should be all doable fo L10n.
Unfortunately we don't have the stg instance running because we are still
waiting to get the domain transfered to RH (nirik, smooge, any news?), but
maybe we can setup a build somewhere to give translators the possibility to
proofread where the strings are and in which context.

Good point, but that's the actual state. Ryan is working hardly to have the
main pages done ASAP and Paul is a great help in the rule of WG wrangler,
text and I18n coding, together with Mo. Some ideas Ricky had weeks ago will
be kept (thanks again) and that will help us a lot.
We will need your help Kèvin, because we will get very very close to
Release Date to finish all the coding stuff. Once Design is done I'll ping
you. In the meanwhile we have some work also on spins.fpo to do (I filed
some tickets for new contributors who joined lately from LATAM), but at
least our json script for 64bit torrents is ok and doesn't need any change
;)

ASAP :)

See you soon in #fedora-websites.
