 F23 Alpha is planned for august 11. The getfedora.org website already has
 prerelease pages and variables, but Cloud will be different than the
 actual one as its page changed for F22.

 * update globalvars
 * add Alpha banner
 * rewrite Cloud prerelease page
 * add checksums
 * update ISO image sizes
 * ad AMI IDs for F23 Alpha
 * verify paths and checksums, pay attention to correct filenames
 * Add Workstation netinstall image also to prerelease
 * update POT file

 Hopefully it is all, if not let's add it below.
