I noticed that the page caching plugin is deactivated. A couple moons<br>
ago :-) I happened to look through the settings and I believe the<br>
plugin was activated, but the page cache wasn't enabled. Are we using<br>
any caching capability to improve performance? This makes a huge<br>
difference on my blog site.<br>
