[Fedora-xen] Xen 4.0.2 rc3 available to test

I have done a test build of the latest xen 4.0.2 release candidate at 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2998474 . I intend 
to update xen to 4.0.2 on F14 once it is released.
