Hi. systemd-ui replaced systemd-gtk (I think). For it (systemadm) to nest in the proper place in Xfce menu its desktop file should have Categories=System;Settings; and now it has only 'System'. I would open a bug report but IDK if this messes with other DEs in Fedora or if it's a standard for us.
