F18: GNOME-Keyring is not unlocked after login

Hmm,  in /etc/pam.d/lightdm is this:
[root at turing pam.d]# cat lightdm
#%PAM-1.0
auth     [success=done ignore=ignore default=bad] pam_selinux_permit.so

- -auth       optional    pam_gnome_keyring.so

What's that '-' sign in front?
For me, it looks like this has been disabled manually?
