Rename to 389

changed brand and capbrand to 389
    changed vendor to "389 Project"
    I had to redo my earlier patch - I should have used the newer
    automake and autoconf to reduce the size of the patch
    This commit uses automake 1.10.1 and autoconf 2.63 from F10
