Fix description


This attachment shows just ordering the plugins was not enough for updating the CoS cache.
 It is a sort of codicil.

Fixed a bug reported in the previous comment (comment #8)
That is, added a code to delete the plugin if the plugin is already in the list
before the plugin with "name".
