Branched master to 389-ds-base-2.0

Master branch will now represent the 389-ds-base-2.1.x work.  The 
branched name (389-ds-base-2.0) is shorter than usual, but this is 
because we shortened our versioning string once we started the 2.x 
series.  Please remember to do a "git pull" on your repo to pull in the 
new branch.
