389-ds-base 1.2.3 candidate

I'm testing 1.2.3 right now on f11 i386.  Here is the candidate bug list:

The real urgency is getting the update stuff out, to fix the problems 
people had with upgrading from fedora ds to 389 ds in console and admin 
server.

I'm planning to do a release into the Fedora testing repo, and create a 
testing repo on port389.org too
