Could you run ldapsearch on the source server (you imported from)?
ldapsearch ... -D 'cn=directory manager' -w - -b "OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain"
entryid
Also, run dbscan as follows?
dbscan -f /var/lib/dirsrv/slapd-YOURID/db/YOURBACKEND/id2entry.db#

It usually means the entry dn: OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain does not
exist in the data to be imported.
