Alberto,

Not sure what's going on..., but you may want to try recreating an entryrdn index file on the source server.
# /usr/lib64/dirsrv/slapd-YOURID/db2index -n YOURBACKEND -t entryrdn

Thanks,

Noriko,

The ldapsearch returns all my entries id on this OU. The entry id for that user is: 1294

On dbscan for this user shows me this:
rdn: uid=derlinea.miranda
        entryid: 1294
        parentid: 787

The parentid points to the OU=IT

id 787
rdn: OU=IT
parentid: 691
entryid: 787

Do you need any specific info from dbscan? Just to let you know that I imported manually this user to my another 389DS, but I want to make sure that everything is OK in my database. I intend to add more 389DS servers soon on my enviroment.

The strange thing about this error is the fact that the error points to an ID tha was normally imported:

============================================================================================================
[12/Aug/2014:16:37:28 -0300] - import userRoot: WARNING: Skipping entry "uid=myuser,OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain" which has no parent, ending at line 0 of file "(bulk import)"
[12/Aug/2014:16:37:28 -0300] - import userRoot: WARNING: bad entry: ID 720
============================================================================================================

But the entry ID 720 is another user:
id 720
rdn: uid=luciana.batista
parentid: 677
entryid: 720

Alberto,

Could you run ldapsearch on the source server (you imported from)?
ldapsearch ... -D 'cn=directory manager' -w - -b "OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain" entryid

Also, run dbscan as follows?
dbscan -f /var/lib/dirsrv/slapd-YOURID/db/YOURBACKEND/id2entry.db#

Thanks,

Rich,

I have 9 users on this DN/OU, just this one gave me this error, I'm not sure that I understand what you're saying to me.

I setup a new 389 on my enviroment, and when I configured the replication, just one user was not imported:

[12/Aug/2014:16:37:28 -0300] - import userRoot: WARNING: Skipping entry "uid=myuser,OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain" which has no parent, ending at line 0 of file "(bulk import)"
[12/Aug/2014:16:37:28 -0300] - import userRoot: WARNING: bad entry: ID 720

What exactly that means?

It usually means the entry dn: OU=IT,dc=my,dc=domain does not exist in the data to be imported.

Thanks
