389ds 1.3 is not a product so there is no EOL date, but the 1.3.x branches
become less active over time, and eventually with zero activity, more like
an archive.
The Red Hat Directory Server 10 / RHDS-10 product based on 389ds 1.3.x has
been EOL on RHEL-7, and the current active version is RHDS-11 on RHEL-8,
based on 389ds 1.4.x
