Two package reviews needed for Cura 4.8

Hello,
thanks to Jan Pazdziora we are ready to update Cura to 4.8.0.

However, 2 new packages are needed:

libnest2d - Library for the 2D bin packaging problem

At this time, I don't plan to backport this to Fedora 32.
