Ada in Strongswan

Hello Strongswan maintainers!

I heard that the latest release of Strongswan contains a component
partly written in Ada. I guess you're not in a hurry to package
Charon-TKM, as the Trusted Key Manager that it interfaces with isn't
considered ready for production use yet, but when that time comes,
don't hesitate to ask on [e-mail] if you need help
with building the Ada code. See also our Ada packaging policy at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Ada, in case you weren't aware
of it.

I have started looking into packaging the requirements of the Trusted
Key Manager, starting with Anet.
