the one listed in the spec file. That was not trivial.
Without the above, I had to "know" that this is the Apache license,
download something official-looking from the web and plow through
the diffs induced by formatting and the use of non-ASCII quotes.
If your project has a similar COPYING file that does not identify itself
or that uses those pesky UTF-8 quotes, please adjust accordingly.
