Deleting users will consist of deleting the user in the local DB only. this can then be created again, the next time a user logs in using LDAP Auth.
I'm sure to be missing something here but what is the purpose of deleting a user if they are just re-created next time? Just aesthetics?

Really the recreate is really an implementation detail of how the initial create user is to work. Allowing automatic creation of users once they are authenticated in LDAP.
All the relationships etc... that are associated with the user will be permanently deleted. A new create would create a completely fresh user.
