Ambassadors,

We're working on planning out the FAMSCO budget for March - May.

I'd like folks to take a look at this page, and start to think about the 
things that you need in your regions over the next few months.

This would be a great agenda topic for all regional meetings.

I'd like to have a plan for spending our money in each part of the 
world, and then be able to have time to sort out payment issues, and 
figure out any details about how we'll actually spend the money in the 
various regions.
