Dude, where are my torrents ?

Hi,

that's the question everyone is asking me since Fedora 13 public release.
All torrents links were removed from the get-fedora front pages, so
either our average users are not smart enough, or torrents links are
not visible enough.
Does adding a *small link* to torrent downloads under buttons would
ruin the get-fedora front page ergonomy ?
Bittorrent saves us bandwith, it spares average user checksumming
downloads, it can resume downloads (remember that average users may
download iso through their browser), etc ...
I have been asking guys on #fedora-websites but they didn't even
bother to answer.

Get-fedora has been great easing our user experience to get media,
removing torrents links was not a smart move.

IMHO, both livecd http and livecd torrent should be linked as the main
options as many average users, especially those who've tried some
linuxes before, are expecting torrents to download ISOs .. at least
here in my country, most that i've met prefer torrents ..

First, it's not *I* who is having issues, i'm talking on the behalf of
our *users* as a proxy.

Then, here's an use case:
average joe/jane goes to http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora and
want to download brand new fedora, then they are 3 clicks-distant (or
2 if they are smarter than a monkey ass) from torrent downloads
instead of one click before.

IRL, people have issues finding torrents from that damn page, and keep
bugging us about it, either our users are freakin' idiots, or that
page has usability issues.
If nobody cares about usability, that's fine with me, the previous
page (now http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-all) is less shiny
than the new one but at least it is idiot-proof.

PS: next time, i'll just shut my trap when users complain about
usability problems.

Yes, but the link is not very visible. We need something more
accessible.

Many users have asked me the same thing: why torrents are missing in the
download page.

I think it should be considered.
