FrOSCon 2012 - Help needed!

Hello,
There is one of the major events in Germany called FrOSCOn coming soon.

As you can see right now, I am alone at this event, so I need definitly help on
the booth. Especially I will have an 3hr workshop at one day in the program.
We also have for one day an room for Fedora, where we can have our own
program, so we need some talks/workshops for the room.
So if you have time, the barbecue party at this event is famous!

[Event Report] Indira College of Commerce and Science, Pune, June 30, 2012

Hi,
I had organized a one-day Fedora workshop at Indira College of
Commerce and Science [1], Pune, Maharashtra, India on Saturday, June
30, 2012. The college is affiliated to the University of Pune [2].
The participants were post-graduate students in computer applications.
They were familiar with basic programming in C, C++, Java and PHP.
Their syllabus now mandates the use of *nix. Fedora was installed on
all their lab machines for students to use and learn.
The forenoon session was lecture-based, where I began with an overview
of the system architecture. Installation concepts were discussed,
along with common newbie mistakes that are made during installation. I
then demoed the Fedora desktop, and showed the various software, and
window managers that they can use. The need to use a version control
system was emphasized, and also introduced them to the use of git,
with few examples.
Post-lunch was a lab session, where students worked on shell scripts
and C programming exercises. I gave them numerous examples on how they
can improve their programs by composing functions that do one thing
and do it well. The students were also advised to follow coding
guidelines, and learn and improve by reading code from free/open
source software projects. I have also given them the latest Fedora
.iso images (32-bit and 64-bit).
Thanks to Antriksh Shah for his help in organizing this workshop. Few

FAmSCo goals

Hello Ambassadors,
I want to tell my main goals as a FAmSCo member.
* Improve the swag production to LATAM.
Currently there is a problem in terms of cost x benefit, local production
is costly. One of my ideas is to find producers who can do more with the
same budget and and maintaining quality. Perhaps this can be done with
producers in China, I hope to be helped by friends in APAC for this.
* Budget management
Help implement the new way of how the budget is managed at regional level.
I believe that in this way we can make this is quicker and easier while
maintaining the transparency of the project.
In general, I intend to meet the two objectives mentioned above and work in
community development, specifically the LATAM where I live, and also to
help in whatever way possible for the development of the group of
ambassadors globally.

FAMSCO goals

Well as a request from Christoph will add mi goal as FAMSCO member.
Restart weekly Fedora Latam Meetings.
Bring more support to Ambassadors specially on Latam, to promote Fedora
in a better way on the region.
Better budget manage and distribution around latam.
I know as FAMSCO the should be to support all Fedora ambassadors, for
now I'm concentrate on Latam as this region need more help to organice.
Regional processes on FAMA and EMA works better for those regions. So
more participation of LATAM ambassadors y regional decision to improve
our goals and fedora colaborators from latam.
