Dear APAC ambassadors,
Sorry that I think I have to get your input on this trac ticket. The
event was quite successful, but the actual swag cost is a little higher
than the budget. I want to know that whether I can get the total cost
reimbursed, considering that we have budgets for two or three release
parties but just one was held indeed so far.
I will make sure the situation will not happen again in the future.

Comment (by alick):
The event report can be found at https://wp-awesome.rhcloud.com/2013/08/22/f19-relparty-beijing-report/ . I have also
sent an email to the ambassador list.
The actual total cost is CNY 665.2 = USD 107.86, which is a little higher
than the budget. The main reason is that we made some badges for
organizers to make it easier for attendees to ask for help, which is not
reflected in the budget. Can the total cost be reimbursed?

FOSDEM mailing list
the second quarter is over and I'd like to arrange another quarterly
budget meeting to discuss the budget situation after the second quarter
and perspective for Q3.
It could be a part of FAmSCo meeting again. I propose 5pm UTC Sept 16th
in #fedora-meeting-2. I'd like to see participate representatives of all
regions: EMEA - me, APAC - tuanta, LATAM - aeperezt, NA - inode0? and
ideally rsuehle as a Fedora budget owner.
Is the proposed date and time suitable for you?
P.S. Regional treasurers, please work on closing Q2. I've worked on the
EMEA budget for Q2 and it's almost closed. Waiting for the last expense:
I like to know if its posible to have a ask.fedoraproject.org/es Spanish
site of Ask fedora we ask before and understand there was some work done
to allow localization on Ask, any one knows the status of this?
