We had a FAmSCo meeting today and 4 members attended. We had 6 members attending our meeting today and discussed: 1. Ambassador's activity: the script need some fixes, still TBD. Will run in the next weeks 2. Check mentor's availability: all mentors have been asked about their actual availability and time to continue with their job 3. Improve mentor nominating and removal process This is part, or continues, point 2. Mailga and robyduck will come up both with a proposal on how to improve the process and make things easier for all.
