[famsco] Issue #436: Remove deceased Ambassador from Ambassador FAS group

Hi, we had a very short meeting today, as only me and mailga showed up. Nevertheless, we discussed some important topics FAmSCo wants to be mentioned during the next regional meetings too. 1) FAmSCo and FESCo elections (2nd round) are still open till August 21th at 23:59 UTC. Release Partygoer badge

Hi, just looking at the badge numbers, it doesn't seem like it's awarded much. Is there a problem with identifying people? Could we maybe send a link via whatever was used to register for release parties? Jiri, in case of ours, does Eventbrite allow you to send everyone a message? I know that we can't really tell who actually attended as opposed to who just registered but it's at least something... How to contact the Ambassadors

For the third time I have been approached by someone trying to contact "the Ambassadors." I am not sure if the answer I am providing is correct. I am suggesting the following procedure. I am not happy with it because it is very complicated and full of friction. I am also worried that because I made it up, it is wrong. I haven't found a simple "contact us" page that seems to make this clear to me. Where is it? I figure I've missed it. This is what I have suggested: 1. Go to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/MembershipService/Verification and contact ambassadors from your region/country. You may need to contact everyone because some people are busy or otherwise not able to answer email. 2. Open a ticket in one of the regional pagure queues or with FAmSCo. 3. Try to post to the ambassadors(a)fp.o list. I don't think this will work for you as I believe it has restricted membership. This is a whole lot of work for someone who wants to contact our people. What is the easy method I am overlooking? regards, bex
