Yes, it makes sense that in some cases it might be cheaper for communities to produce stuff locally.

If people are willing to do so, they may get quotes, produce stuff locally, then ask for a reimbursement.

I don't think we need to have separate wiki pages for this, I have merged the content and updated the previous page we had.

Should you get quotes from local vendors, go ahead and update that table w/ the prices.
