+1 to this, can anyone please change the meeting calendar invite?
A part of the paucity of presence might be linked to the content/focus
of the meeting. Over the period of time the APAC meeting has been
organized, the thrust of the agenda has not changed by a large margin.
The world around us has changed enough to require a thinking through
of the focus - if the "why we need" is sticky, the "I have to make
time to participate" is a natural consequence.
What would be the discussions/topics which I'd find worthy of the
collective time of the group? In no order of importance - how to
assess the presence and coverage of Fedora project/sub-projects across
APAC; - where are we absent or, present in very small numbers; - what
can we do to increase the participation from those regions; - what
kind of technology sub-cultures exist across the region and how can
Fedora assimilate well into those sub-cultures etc
