If it was a problem EMEA had to face, it would be good for us to consider
it
carefully.
In my understandings, the process is:
1. People submit a request once they have an event.
2. Media is shipped from nearest stock.
3. People send back leftovers.
there should be no leftovers, we dont send if we have them back.
Is that right?
The problem is shipping cost in APAC is high.
It costed me about $40 to send a dozen of DVDs and some swag to Phnom Penh.
So I think the process could be changed to:
1. From the event list, people can roughly calculate the total they needs.
2. Then they submit a request to order them.
In this case, people would break down they need how many DVDs per each
event.
Is that better?
