Thanks - looks really great! Was this a task done within the
mentoring
process?
Nope.
It was a open call for volunteering and these four people volunteered.
In fact, they needed very little mentoring except one or two
occations. I gave the complete freedom, they discussed among
themselves and came up on their own. :)
