Just follow
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/CustomSpins. If you need
any help, let me know.

Hi,
I've followed the first step described in this page, and then I'm a bit
stucked - I think it's still a bit obscure.
Here is the mail exchange I had with the board :

If it's installed by default, that is not the default language.
What would you think of a distro coming with a default keyboard
layout/language/timezone that is different from yours ?
For a live usb, this can be changed, but not for a livecd.
French guys (and I think this is also true for many languages) will
not be interested in something that does not feet their needs.
Also, we always need to login again to gnome for the language to be
changed.
That's why I thing localized livecds is a very good idea. I've already
made a such spin for FC6, this experience was successful.
French community have its own server, I can use it to make a torrent
for my localized livecd, but not all languages have this luck.
So, what should I do ? Shall I continue the official spin
registration, or hosting it on our french webserver (maybe with a link
to it from official website) ?
Regards,
Johan
PS: we had a discussion on irc #fedora-mktg about this, it appears
that a tool should share commons bits, a big part of the problem will
be solved, but actually, that tool does not exists.

Language can be picked from the greeter; since it's timed, you
can pick then. Keyboard support will be added there real soon now.
Not to drag a fedora-devel thread in here, but keyboard layout/timezone
may still not be correct for someone in Quebec or Senegal who uses a
'French' livecd.
