With the release of F30, Ask Fedora platform moved to Discourse (https://ask.fedoraproject.org) and older Ask Fedora (askbot instance) is now in read-only mode, and moved to https://askbot.fedoraproject.org.

In new Ask Fedora we're supporting multiple languages to make the site more accessible and usable to local groups.
If you can please find some time to inform users (specially in your region) about new website/platform, that would be very helpful.
