I'll take part of the blame for this since I was responsible for
printing the server DVDs.  It took me longer than necessary to get a
vendor for the DVD sleeves, but that is now sorted out (mostly in my
head since I was trying to be too smart to save money by choosing
different vendors for DVDs and sleeves.  That didn't work.) and F22
should hopefully be a different story.

This was suggested and agreed upon in the last meeting because the
wiki page method doesn't scale.  I don't think looking for 'fairness'
in this distribution is necessary.  If you need more DVDs than there
are available, we'll just have to note that and make sure we print
more the next time.  I am optimistic that over a couple of releases we
will get to the right number.

You could just file a ticket and pick up some DVDs from Harish and
take them along if you need them.  There's no point waiting for others
to fill in their requests in the wiki to fulfill yours.

We're beginning to make progress in establishing a consistent
distribution cycle for DVDs within APAC.  Lets not get into anguish
mode so soon.
