Hello,

I asked in the booth what the ribbons where and I was told they were stickers.  I picked two but I don't think that saying  "stickers"  helps much.  About the  "Women in Fedora" stickers...  you mean they don't like them?  Why?  I find them so pretty.  :-/

Kind regards,
Silvia

Hi all,

This is not a event report but more of a short summary about the
experience with having a booth at the CLT [1].

Swag
----

- Unlike last year the Beginner's guide was well received by the visitors.
- Pens and stickers are working well as usual.
- The "Woman in Fedora" stickers are a non-seller at an event like CLT.
- The stack-a-ribbon things may work at a Fedora-only event but German
visitors don't know how to use them. If the visitors get wristband then
there is no place to put them.

Stand-up banners
----------------

After all those years I'm still a huge of the stand-up banners. They are
easy to setup and look professional. We used them the first time at
LinuxTag Berlin in 2009 as far as I remember.

One of the two we wanted to use is broken and the second one will reach
its EOL sooner or later. If we are going to replace them then we should
keep the comment from Rich Bowen about the layout in mind.

Textile banners
---------------

Those were pretty old too. They still look great. At least if you are
far away. More and more events keep an eye on the safety of the venue
and putting them up can be tricky.

Tablecloth
----------

Going with a blue tablecloth instead of a white one was the right
decision. The size will not always fit the table and another color than
white make it less prone to dirty spots.

Kind regards,

Fabian
