Hi.

I will try to attend, but it will be difficult.

In Spain there is a lack of knowledge in English, but is not that usual in IT. So I think English and maybe some Spanish for clarifications are enough.

As for other countries, as far as I know, is common to have a decent level of English, so at first there would be no problems.

Do we need to speak very well spanish to go to it ?
As it was in Prague last year and from its name i can imagine speaking
french, english and a bit spanish should be enough ?
Do you think I'm wrong ?
I will look to see if I could be there too because I already want to
discover Barcelona.
>From Paris it's also a long trip but if i manage to get holidays
during these dates it will be a pleasure.

I don't think so. Spanish is a plus, but the main language is English.
In Prague, 90% of all attendees were foreigners. It's an international
event.

Spanish is a "MUST" in Spain, but when in Catalonia, it may not be.. ;-)

So my opinion is that:

1) English (and/or Spanglish)
2) Spanish
3) French (due it is so close to France there will be participants)
4) German (and/or Dutch) very welcome
5) All the other languages welcome
6) Catalan (sorry guys -do we need?)

If I am attending I can do:

1) Finnish (native)
2) English (fluent)
3) Spanish (fluentish)
4) -can understand some Swedish-

If I am attending I can do:

1) French (native)
2) English (fluent)
3) Spanish (basic)

So it confirms me I should look how i can plan holidays in Barcelona
during this time frame to help managing this booth.
It shouldn't be a problem for my planning so count on me if there is
still enough place when everybody is decided.
But i don't want to be the event leader, so we still need an event leader ;)
